Phone Notifications Specialist

Styline Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Phone Notifications Specialist to join our team. The qualified individual will be responsible for managing outbound phone notifications to clients and drivers to ensure timely and effective communication regarding shipment status, updates and other relevant information. This individual will also be required to cross-train in different logistics roles within the company.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 

• Notify customers of delivery and shipment information
• Work closely with Planning Dept. in making adjustments to schedule
• Assist in filing orders and entering customer information
• Provide back up to other terminals as needed
• Deliver timely and accurate invoicing to customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google products
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a “team” atmosphere
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours during work week
• Weekend work is required (6-8 hours total)
• People-oriented with ability to multi-task in a high paced, ever-changing environment
• Ability to meet scheduled timelines
• Provide exceptional customer service
