Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Review, code, enter, and process accounts payable vouchers/invoices
  • Process weekly vendor payments
  • Communicate with vendors and company personnel
  • Electronic filing of invoices
  • Research issues





  • Minimum of two years’ AP experience
  • Basic Computer knowledge required
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to carry a task to completion.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
