Director of Sales Strategy-Casegoods & Open Plan
The Director of Sales Strategy – Casegoods & Open Plan is a strategic leadership position focused on accelerating sales growth and expanding market penetration for OFS's casegoods and open plan products. This strategic leader will develop and execute robust sales strategies that align with OFS’s overarching growth goals, driving product adoption and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, sales teams, product and brand leaders, product specialists, and customers.
As a product category champion, this individual will connect sales and marketing efforts, providing critical insights into competitive landscapes, shaping growth strategies, and guiding sellers on high-stakes opportunities within the casegoods and open plan category. The Director will ensure the salesforce is fully equipped with the tools, training, knowledge and resources necessary to successfully position OFS’s products to win. Additionally, they will spearhead key sales enablement initiatives, driving differentiation and growth across the casegoods and open plan product portfolio.

Qualifications
- Accomplished sales professional with a demonstrated history of driving growth in casegoods and open plan sales.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy, or product management within the contract furniture industry or a similar B2B environment.
- Proven experience in growing casegoods and open plan sales.
- Proven track record of driving sales success and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel to support the sales team on must-win opportunities up to 30%.
