Order Management Spec Analyst
OFS is seeking a highly focused, professional individual with both a strong penchant for detail and customer service skills to fill the role of Specification Analyst for our Order Management Team at our corporate office in Huntingburg, IN.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Review purchase order/product specifications for accuracy and compatibility
- Work closely with customers and sales force to resolve specification issues
- Develop a high level of product knowledge
- Become proficient at and work with multiple design and spec software programs
- Work closely with departmental team as well as other departments
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations and internal goals and timelines
- Produce high-quality output
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and thorough, with a drive for quality and excellence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team atmosphere
- Aptitude for learning and problem-solving
- Ability and desire to learn a multitude of software programs
- Ability to work amiably with customers and sales staff
- Adaptable to changing business processes and models
EXPERIENCE
- Post-secondary education preferred but not required
- Prior experience with CET and 2020 CAP software helpful, but not required
