Weekend Warehouse Lead Person

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Assist Management with the production team members
• Assist in new hire training
• Provide excellent Customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Assist in the enforcement of policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Meeting productivity targets
• 6S/Safety  team lead
• Improve production efficiencies and quality
• Participate in daily production meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• Understanding of quality systems and processes;
• Ability and desire to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals

 EXPERIENCE

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Good understanding of quality systems and processes
• Ability and desire to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals

HOURS

• Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Work 36 hours get paid for 40
