Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Styline Logistics is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our credit and collections team. The
applicant we are looking for should be a detail-oriented individual who displays strong communication skills
and is able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
   Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

•  Accurately record customer payments in system
• Update customer accounts based on payment or contact information
• Assist delivery drivers with COD payment issues
• Contact delinquent customers via phone or email for payment updates
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Generate monthly statements and reports

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Basic Computer knowledge required
• Problem solving skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

•  Some accounts receivable experience preferred
• Knowledge of transportation industry preferred
• Knowledge of Oracle preferred
