The Devops/Cloud Intern will collaborate with the OFS Development and Operations team to implement devops best practice across the various deployments and cross functional teams. They will assist the teams by automating, maintaining, and enhancing existing application deployments and their monitoring capabilities with a focus on system scalability and reliability. The devops intern will be responsible for the development and maintenance of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines as well as participate in the upkeep and administration of OFS's cloud based systems.

 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Basic understanding of scripting languages, such as Bash or Python
  • Understanding of cloud services
  • Linux operating system familiarity
  • Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment
  • Position will be based in Huntingburg.
