OFS is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and hard-working Field Sales Intern to join our team for the summer. As an intern, you will support the Chicago showroom and field sales team with customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales activities.  This role provides exposure to client interactions, event support, and sales administration while developing a strong foundation in sales and showroom operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist showroom staff with daily operations, customer engagements, and product demonstrations.
  • Support field sales activities, including client outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up.
  • Learn and convey product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Help prepare and execute showroom events, promotions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Support merchandising efforts, including visual displays and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about products, sales processes, and showroom operations.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
