The qualified individual will work closely with all manufacturing facilities/finishing areas to ensure quality assurance support and guidance in accordance with company quality standards. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Keep organized and detailed records
  • Order finish material for all plants
  • Maintain inventory of all finish material
  • Spray Master finish panels for plants
  • Work with vendors to resolve finish material related deviations
  • Willingness to fill in on line as needed

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Finish spraying experience required
  • Must have a good eye for color and pass a color test
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Must be able to work with chemicals
  • Ability to learn all product lines and veneers
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with all team members
  • Possess high attention to detail while maintaining the ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Must be able/willing to learn how to match finishes

Previous work experience preferred in the following areas

  • 2 years minimum experience with industrial finish
  • Working knowledge of all finish processes and equipment
  • Wood Manufacturing knowledge
  • Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Excel preferred
