Network Technology Technician
The Network Technology Technician will help support, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, phones and network infrastructure. They will help to communicate and document changes in procedures and installations. The Network Technology Technician is expected to effectively communicate with managers and end users any changes that take effect. They will help provide support to all areas of the organization, internal and external. They will help to maintain and enhance current hardware with approval in all facilities.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience with a Windows environment; mainly Windows 11
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office versions
- Self-Motivated, Goal oriented, and eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to be able to multitask on various projects
- Knowledge of the following systems
- Cisco/Meraki Infrastructure
- Mist Wireless Infrastructure
- RingCentral Phone System
- CompTia Network+ or comparable certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
